My work exists at the intersection of ministry and marketplace, rooted in the belief that when you heal the leader, you shift the legacy. I’m a Christ-Entrusted Operator (C.E.O.)—called to help women, educators, and visionaries live, lead, and build with divine design.
On one side, I walk leaders through a 12-part coaching journey called Divine Coaching. This is where we do the soul work—healing pain, confronting identity, and aligning with your kingdom assignment. Through Divine Leadership & Legacy Community and Divine Angels Outreach Ministry, I create spaces for restoration, recalibration, and spiritual growth.
On the other side, I advise schools, districts, and organizations through Ingenuity Consultants, using my signature COPE & CONNECT™ framework—an emotional intelligence system that transforms culture from the inside out. I also created BRIDGEPro™, an AI copilot for special educators that brings clarity to compliance, goals, and IEP writing.
